Hallo zusammen!
Für den Zeitraum von Ende Juni bis Ende August (genaues Ein-/Auszugsdatum flexibel) suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG. Ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommode und Spiegel ist das ca. 16m² große Zimmer ideal um ein paar Monate ohne Umzugsstress in Mannheim zu verbringen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, der gerade in den Sommermonaten super ist und auf dem gegrillt, geraucht und entspannt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 60m² groß und befindet sich im fünften Stock, der bequem mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden kann.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts von Töpfen über Weingläsern bis zur Espressomaschine. Im Innenhof kannst du dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen und falls du weitere Sachen zum Unterstellen haben solltest, ist dafür im abschließbaren Kellerverschlag noch Platz.
Im Herzen der Stadt ist zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Einmal die Straße überqueren und schon ist man im Jungbusch, wo es vom Tante-Emma-Laden über leckere Restaurants bis hin zu zahlreichen Bars und Kneipen alles gibt. Vor allem im (Spät-)Sommer lässt sich die Vielfalt des Jungbusches hervorragend genießen - am besten mit Bier am Kanal oder Grillgut auf der Neckarwiese.
Die Infrastruktur ist im Grunde unschlagbar. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind Rheinstraße oder Dahlbergstraße (2-4 Min.), Bushaltestelle Abendakademie (5 Min.) Supermarkt (7 Min.), Obstladen (2 Min), Marktplatz (7 Min). Zum Hauptbahnhof (ab Akademiestraße, Linie 60) sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Von G7 aus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Marktplatz. Auch die Universität, vor allem die Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät A5 und auch die A3 Bibliothek, ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Ich wohne seit 2012 zusammen mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Jana in der WG. Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes und harmonisches WG-Leben. Wir kochen oft gemeinsam oder hängen auf dem Balkon ab.

Hey there,
since I will be working during the summer and not be in Mannheim for two months I am looking for a person to stay in my room in our great 2 room flatshare.
The room has a size of about 16m² and is fully furnished including a big bed, desk, shelves, cupboard, mirror, and dresser. So you do not need to stress to bring your own stuff. The apartment has a total size of 60m². It has a kitchen with everything in it, a bathroom including a shower and a washingmachine, as well as a balkony to sit on and hang out. Especially in summer the balcony is highly appreciated for being able to go outside or to have barbecue.
In the inner courtyard you can safely put your bicycle. In the basement there is space in case you want to store some of your stuff.
The apartment is located very central. You can easily walk to the city centre (about 7 minutes). The Jungbusch - not the most beautiful but definitely the most vibrant neighborhood of the city - with lots of restaurants, bars, things going on, and small shops where you can do your basic grocery is just across the street. To the University of Mannheim or the main train station you can take the tram (number 2, 6 from Rheinstraße or Dahlbergstraße) or bus line 60 (closest bus stop is Akademiestraße). You reach all these stations within 5 minutes walking. From any of those to the main train station it takes about 10 minutes.
