Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und ist mit einem 140er-Bett inkl. Matratze, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Regal und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Eigentlich ist das Zimmer für Gäste gedacht (steht also oft leer), wir würden es aber sehr gerne an einen Ersti vermieten, der dringend eine Unterkunft sucht.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in den Quadraten Mannheims:
- Universität: 10 min zu Fuß
- Supermärkte: 2-10 min zu Fuß
- Straßenbahnhaltestellen: 1-5 min zu Fuß
Wir sind zu viert (2 Jungs, 2 Mädls) und studieren alle entweder an der Uni Mannheim oder an der Hochschule Ludwigshafen. Wir verstehen uns super, unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, lassen uns aber auch Freiraum - eine gesunde Mischung :)
