Ich ziehe Ende Februar für ein 6-monatiges Praktikum aus und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum oder, wenn das Praktikum gut klappt, auch länger übernimmt!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Schwetzinger Straße 23, Mannheim. Weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und 2 Minuten von Quadrate, 10 Minuten zur Bibliothek.

Ich habe nur eine Mitbewohnerin, Lina, sie studiert Personalwesen und ist eine sehr coole Person. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und möbliert. Allerdings nicht mit den Möbeln vom Bild, da Lina mein Zimmer übernimmt und meine Möbel (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Spiegel, evtl. Pflanzen) in ihr Zimmer einziehen.

Außerdem haben wir auch noch einen kleinen Gästezimmer/ Office.

Ich werde bald neue Fotos von meinem Zimmer hier posten.

I'm moving out end of February for a 6 month internship and I'm looking for someone to take over my room for that period or if the internship works out well, even for longer!

The apartment is in Schwetzinger Str 23, Mannheim. Less than 10 minutes by foot from the main train station and from there you are in 30 minutes at Bergheim or 40-45 to Altstadt. (Heidelberg)
It is also super close to the university Mannheim, 10 minutes by foot.
I have only one roommate, Lina, she studies HR and is a very cool person if I dare say so myself.
The room is 15 square meters and furnished. However, not with the furniture from the picture, since Lina will be taking over my room and my furniture ( bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror, possibly plants) will be moved into hers. The price is 465 with all costs included.

So in total there are actually three rooms: my room( my roommate will move in when I leave), my roomie's room( it will be free in February) and a guest bedroom/ office for friends when they come over.
