I am looking for a furnished private room in a flatshare with bathroom and kitchen

I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I enjoy a peaceful living environment to focus on my studies but also appreciate occasional socializing with
housemates. I am moving to either heidelberg or mannheim for the duration of my studies, which will be for 24 months. I’m looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay during my time at university. My budget is around 300 to 450 euros per month, and I’m looking for a space that offers a quiet study environment and I am looking for a place close to the university. I’d love to find a friendly house with people who also value a peaceful and respectful living environment. I would like to have fully furnished room with bathroom and kitchen . I prefer no smoking but i am pet friendly so others having pets doesn’t affect me . I’m very clean and always ensure to respect shared spaces. I’m also mindful of noise levels and house rules.
