☀️Very nice and spacious room in a relaxed and cozy apartment in the middle of the city. The room has big windows, so it is bright in the day.
The location of the room and the apartmet is amazing, as you can be basically everywhere in 10 min walking, regardless of whether you have to be at Mannheim University, Jungbusch for a drink, or Neckarstadt. Trams 1,4,7,5 are quicly reacheable in 3 min walking time, as well as Nextbikes locations.
The apartment is shared with another girl studying at Mannheim University. The atmosphere in the house is nice and cozy; if tea some evenings sounds good to you, as well as respect for personal space and alone time sometimes, then this is the right place for you! ☺️
The large kitchen is also perfect to host nice dinners with friends! 🥳
We also have a weekly cleaning plan to keep the apartment neat. 🧹
City registration is possible.
There is also a possibility to take the room for long term after the sublet contract ends, as I plan to move out of Mannheim.
