FOR RENT FROM JUNE
Hot rent 500 euros, all payments (except 10 euro for Wi-Fi) are paid to the landlord.
The flat is designed for 6 people, but now only 5 live there. One room is free and is not rented out.
Included in the rental price and provided by the landlord:

- sofa
- bedside table
- chest of drawers
- table and chair
I would also like to leave following items for 100-140 euros fee:
- Curtain and drapes
- Floor and table lamps
- Blanket for the sofa
- Rail for outerwear
- Drill (for an additional fee of 20 euros)
The shared kitchen has a washing machine, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. Everyone uses their own dishes, but in general no one minds if you use someone else's dishes, as long as you wash them later ;)

Warmmiete 500 Euro, alle Zahlungen (außer WLAN) werden an den Vermieter gezahlt.
Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt, mittlerweile wohnen aber nur noch 5 darin. Ein Zimmer ist frei und wird nicht vermietet.
Im Mietpreis enthalten und vom Vermieter gestellt:

- Sofa
- Nachttisch
- Kommode
- Tisch und Stuhl
Folgende Gegenstände möchte ich für 100-130 Euro zusätzlich hinterlassen:
- Vorhang und Gardinen
- Steh- und Tischlampen
- Decke für das Sofa
- Stange für Oberbekleidung
- Bohrmaschine (gegen Aufpreis von 20 Euro)
Die Gemeinschaftsküche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke, einen Gefrierschrank, einen Elektroherd, einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Jeder benutzt sein eigenes Geschirr, aber grundsätzlich stört es niemanden, wenn man das Geschirr von jemand anderem benutzt, solange man es hinterher spült ;)

The room is located in an apartment near the Elisabeth Church.
7-10 minutes walk to the train station, 3-5 minutes to the nearest bus stop. You can get to the campus of Lahnberge in 30 minutes by bus. The University Library is about 10 minutes, Mensa 15 minutes on foot

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung in der Nähe der Elisabethkirche.
7-10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, 3-5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Den Campus Lahnberge erreicht man mit dem Bus in 30 Minuten. Zur Universitätsbibliothek sind es ca. 10 Minuten, zur Mensa 15 Minuten zu Fuß

There is one apartment on each floor, where mostly students live. Specifically, on our floor, as of June, there will be 4 people living (2 girls and 2 guys). The apartment is a coliving space, meaning we do NOT hold meetings or get together. However, we do follow a cleaning schedule - once a week, 2 people clean the common area (1st washes the toilet and the hallway, 2nd cleans the kitchen and throws out the trash)

Auf jeder Etage gibt es eine Wohnung, in der hauptsächlich Studenten wohnen. Genauer gesagt werden auf unserer Etage ab Juni 4 Personen wohnen (2 Mädchen und 2 Jungs). Die Wohnung ist ein Co-Living-Raum, das heißt, wir halten KEINE Treffen ab oder treffen uns. Wir halten uns jedoch an einen Reinigungsplan – einmal pro Woche reinigen 2 Personen den Gemeinschaftsbereich (1. wäscht die Toilette und den Flur, 2. putzt die Küche und bringt den Müll raus)
