The room available for rent is approximately 18sqm. Very bright and queit. My outgoing flat mate is moving to his newly bought apartment hence takes along his furniture in the room. This would be replaced hence you dont need to worry about furnishing. The replaced furniture would include a bed, wardrobe, table and chair.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß. Sehr hell und ruhig. Mein scheidender Mitbewohner zieht in seine neu gekaufte Wohnung und nimmt daher seine Möbel im Zimmer mit. Dies würde ersetzt werden, sodass Sie sich um die Einrichtung keine Sorgen machen müssen. Zu den ersetzten Möbeln würden ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Tisch und ein Stuhl gehören.
Apartment is located in Markt Schwaben 35min with S-bahn to hauptbanhof. Nearest Supermarket is Penny which is about 7min by foot. Cafes, saloons and restaurants also in a few walking distance. S-bahn and bus stops are also in about 8mins by foot.
Die Wohnung liegt in Markt Schwaben, 35 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Der nächste Supermarkt ist Penny, der etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Cafés, Saloons und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. S-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and approximately 50sqm in total which would be shared with me(Belinda) including bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with dishwasher, fridge, and cooking utensils. There is also a basement for storage and another small storage inside the apartment too.
About me:
I (Belinda) currently a masters student at the Hochschule München and also a working student. When I do not have work or have lectures I am usually in my room doing a couple of research or listening to music. I speak English and A2 German.
I am very keen on cleanliness especially our shared spaces like kitchen and bathroom. I would like both of us to respect this‼️
The kitchen is mostly our place for chit chats. Occasionally we could also go groceries together.
About you:
Looking for someone interested in a long term stay minimum 6months. Friendly and clean.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist insgesamt ca. 50qm groß, die mit mir (Belinda) geteilt werden würde, inklusive Bad und Küche. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Keller als Lagerraum und einen weiteren kleinen Abstellraum in der Wohnung
Über mich:
Ich (Belinda) bin derzeit Masterstudentin an der Hochschule München und außerdem Werkstudentin. Wenn ich nicht arbeite oder Vorlesungen habe, bin ich normalerweise in meinem Zimmer, recherchiere ein paar Mal oder höre Musik. Ich spreche Englisch und A2 Deutsch.
Ich lege großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, insbesondere in unseren Gemeinschaftsräumen wie Küche und Bad. Ich möchte, dass wir beide dies respektieren‼️
Die Küche ist hauptsächlich unser Ort zum Plauschen. Gelegentlich konnten wir auch gemeinsam einkaufen gehen.
