Are you looking for a furnished room in a multicultural house? This might be the perfect place for you! The room features a large window that keeps it very bright inside. The house is equipped with PV panels and an individual heating system, ensuring it’s quite warm in winter. The room is located on the upper floor and has a bathroom with a separate toilet shared among three people. Another bathroom is available on the ground floor for the other three residents downstairs.
As I’m leaving the house in September, I’d like to sell the existing furniture to the new tenant. The furniture is of decent quality and in fairly good condition. The room will be available from the afternoon of September 1st or the next day
The house is conveniently located right at the Marzling bus stop and is just a 5-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Isar river is within a 10-minute walking distance. Nearby amenities include a bakery, post office, Asian restaurant, outdoor public sports facilities, and nice forests.
During my stay, I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this culturally diverse and enriching WG family from various corners of the globe. With a cleaning schedule in place, we strive to keep the house tidy and pleasant for all residents. We have had many international dinners and parties, making my student period here quite memorable.
The house has its own garden with a beer table where you can enjoy fresh air. There is a garage where we keep our bikes and use it as extra storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and more. Please use the word kiwi in your message to show that you have read our text fully. In the basement, we have a new washing machine and a separate room for laundry drying.
I’m planning to sell the following items for 300 euros. Please contact me only if you are interested in buying them:
