We have a lovely furnished room that could be the perfect fit for you! The room features a window, a big closet, and a comfortable bed. The house is equipped with an individual heating system, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during the winter months.
The room is located in the basement, with convenient bathroom access on the ground floor, shared with just two other people. An additional bathroom is available on the second floor for added convenience.
The house is ideally situated right at the Marzling bus stop and is just a short 5-7 minute walk to the train station. You'll find a bakery, a post office, an Asian restaurant, and public sports facilities all within easy reach. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need right at your doorstep!
Everyone in the house is friendly, and we maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure a tidy and pleasant environment for all residents. We often gather in the kitchen to cook dinner together or enjoy casual chats.
Our own garden features a beer table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. We also have a garage for storing bicycles or a car. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze.
I’m planning to sell my closet and some German books, so let me know if you're interested! Please note that there is an additional charge of 10 Euros per month for internet access.
