Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert(wird vorm Einzug geräumt, erste zwei Bilder) und 4.3m x 6m (~26m²) groß. Die WG ist insgesamt für 3 Personen gedacht.
Es gibt eine Einbauküche mit einem Kühlschrank, einer Induktionsplatte, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Im Keller gibts eine Waschmaschine zur allgemeinen Benutzung.
Daneben gibts ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und ein getrenntes WC Zimmer.
Ideal als Studenten Zimmer, mit 15-20min erreichst du die THD in Deggendorf oder die Bahn. Auch ist der Lidl nur 300m um die Ecke. Der Bus fährt auch alle 1-2Stunden nach Deggendorf.
!!! Es gibt zwei norwegische Waldkatzen in der WG (siehe Bild).!!! Sie sind sehr aufmerksamkeistsliebend und lassen sich gerne streicheln. Du solltest Katzen schon mögen^^
