Starting in August 2024 for 1 year with possibility to start earlier or stay later.
3 fully furnished rooms are available for 3 people in a private house in Michendorf.
The house includes a large kitchen, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms and a garden terrace.
Michendorf has excellent connections (via bus and train) to Potsdam and Berlin, so that a car is not necessary. Good local infrastructure supports basic needs.

Das Haus liegt 15 Spaziergang Minuten vom Bahnhof Michendorf entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt fast vor der Tür.
Perfekte Verbindung nach Potsdam und Berlin.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden.
Wir suchen vernünftige, verantwortungsbewußte Mitbewohner, die während unseres Sabaticals gerne die Annehmlichkeiten eines großen Hauses im Grünen nutzen möchten.
Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und möbliert. Hanstücher, Bettwäsche... alles ist vorhanden. Es ist leider nicht möglich, eigene Möbel hier unterzubringen.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit, einen Pool zu nutzen, wenn sich die WG auf die Pflege einigt.
Es gibt außerdem die Möglichkeit, den Mietvertrag nach Absprache zu verlängern.
in Absprache nehmen wir auch unter 18-jährige auf, denn wir wissen aus eigener Erfahrung mit unseren Kindern, dass es unter 18 schwierig ist, ein WG Zimmer zu finden. In diesem Fall ist uns ein Gespräch mit den Eltern wichtig.
