ich bin 18 Jahre alt und suche für eine schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Laudenbach eine nette und offene Mitbewohnerin zwischen 18 und 26 Jahren. Die Wohnung wird 1. Juli frei sein.
Es sind ein größeres Wohnzimmer, eine Wohnküche mit Einrichtung, zwei kleinere Zimmer ( bin mir bei der Größe unsicher, ca. 14 qm) und ein Bad. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Gasheizung ist neu. Es gibt noch eine Waschküche zur Mitbenutzung und eine kleine Terrasse. Kaltmiete 400 € plus 100 Nebenkostenvorauszahlung.
Zur Warmmiete kommt dann noch Strom und Telefon dazu, natürlich durch 2 !
Ich mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung. Wenn du interessiert bist, dann melde dich über email und erzähle ein bisschen über dich. Dann können wir uns auch per Handy verständigen.
