My flat owns an independent room in a three rooms flat situated at the fourth floor of a private building with lift and a private park. Walking two minutes allows you to reach the tramway station. So you can join the city center within six minutes from home by tramway or twenty minutes walking. My residence is located in a quiet lane of the town near a lot of shops, two supermarkets, market three times a week where you can buy fresh fishes, oysters, fruits and vegetables of regional producers. There are also five different banks, post office and two public parks, one of them very big (old military quarters) allows you to practice different sports.
The flat is situated at ten kms of the seaside (beaches of Palavas, Carnon and La Grande Motte). You can join them by tramway or bus.
The room is furnished with a bed, a table, a wardrobe and a kitchenet.
