dear potential tenant. The apartment is close to a shopping centre and public transport is equally close.
Two parks are also in the vicinity.
At the moment my son is living in the flat, he will be moving out in January or February 25, though. So, basically you would be sharing the flat with me. I am 60 years old. I have no other requirements except for you being nice and some basic hygiene would be nice, too.
Both rooms are equipped with furniture and some of it can be taken away, only some of it, though. There is a 1.40x2 metre bed in the small room, a wardrobe, a desk and an organ.. The room next to it is equipped with a table, a sofa and shelves. Looking forward to meeting you.
Please note: the rooms are in the apartment, so we would be sharing bathroom and kitchen. It is not a separate flat. There is a second toilet. You can borrow a bike from me. The grand piano is in the room next to your large room. Registration is possible.
