Mitnutzung von Haus mit großem Garten

Die ÖPNV Anbindung könnte definitiv besser sein. Zu den gewöhnlichen Arbeitszeiten kommt man gut mit dem Bus (2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt) zu Bahnhof Wiesloch/Walldorf (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt) Wochenends und nach 20 Uhr allerdings wird es zunehmend schwierig.
Ich fahre seit ich hier wohne fast ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad. Mit dem Rad brauche ich ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Wiesloch/Walldorf und von dort sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis Heidelberg und 25 bis Mannheim.
Auf diese Art kommt man auch bis spät nachts gut nach Hause :)
Bei einer/m dauerhaften Mitbewohner*in könnte man sich vielleicht auch überlegen ein kleines Auto zu teilen.

Die Einkaufssituation ist gut. 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Penny, 15 bis zu Edeka und Lidl. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Apotheke, eine Bäckerei und eine Pizzeria. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch in 20 Minuten in Wiesloch, wo es auch u.A. einen Biomarkt gibt.

Ärzt*innen verschiedener Fachbereiche/ Banken und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The public transport situation could be better. Usual work times are okay. You can take the bus (2 min from the house) to Trainstation Wiesloch/Walldorf (ca. 20 minutes ride) Weekends and after 8 in the evening it´s difficult to catch a bus.
Since i live here i almost exclusively ride my bike. It takes about 20 Minutes with the bike to Trainstation Wiesloch/ Walldorf and another 10 to Heidelberg with the train (25 to Mannheim) So you can get home this way until late at night :)
If you would move in long term, we could also think about sharing a car maybe.

The situation with supermarkets and stores around is good. 7 Minutes walking to penny market, 15 to Edeka and Lidl. Next to the house theres a pharmacy, bakery and a pizza place. With the bike it´s about 20 minutes to Wiesloch where´s also a organic supermarket. Doctors, Restaurants and Banks are also nearby.

Zum wahrscheinlich interessantesten Punkt: Wie schon im bisherigen Text klar wurde, sind meine Vorstellungen sehr offen. Was jedoch meine Rolle im Haus betrifft, werde ich zukünftig vermutlich nur die Hälfte der Woche anwesend sein. Ich möchte gerne parallel ein WG Zimmer in Heidelberg oder Mannheim beziehen und dann mit guten Absprachen teilweise dort und teilweise im Haus leben. Hauptsächlich ist es mir wichtig, weiterhin Musik im Haus produzieren zu können.
Zudem bin ich auch viel auf der Arbeit. Ich arbeite normalerweise Vollzeit und im Schichtdienst.

Daher hast du auch sehr viel Freiheit und die Möglichkeit dich auch alleine auszuleben.
Für die gemeinsame Zeit finde ich es natürlich schön, diese auch zeitweise miteinander zu verbringen. Gerne gemeinsam kochen, Musik machen/ hören, auf der Terrasse abhängen, im Garten arbeiten, Dinge bauen und gestalten etc.

Sehr wichtig ist für mich auch die Versorgung der Katzen wenn ich nicht da sein sollte. Die beiden kommen aber sehr gut alleine zurecht, sind beide die meiste Zeit draußen und freuen sich darüber, wenn sie zweimal am Tag etwas zu Essen bekommen.

Possibly most interesting point is that - as i mentioned - my imaginations are really open about living together. Long term i will be at the house for 3-4 days a week. The rest of the time i´ll be living at a second place possibly in Heidelberg or Mannheim. So i think with good communication we´ll find a way to arrange everything.
My main interest is to continue my music in the house. I also work shift fulltime in heidelberg.


Therefore you also have a lot of freedom and the opportunity to live it out on your own.
When it comes to time together, I think it's nice to be able to spend it with each other from time to time. Enjoy cooking, making/listening to music, hanging out on the terrace, working in the garden, building and designing things, etc.

Taking care of the cats when I'm not there is also very important to me. But the two get along very well on their own, are both outside most of the time and are happy if they get something to eat twice a day.

Bei mir ist jeder Mensch willkommen, hauptsache der Vibe zwischen uns ist gut. Gerne auch LGBTQ+ oder International people.

WICHTIG: Ich habe keine Nebenkosten angegeben, da in der momentanen Situation eine Einschätzung wirklich schwer ist. Es kommt also insgesamt darauf an, wieviel Gas/ Strom/ Wasser wir gemeinsam verbrauchen.
In den vergangenen Jahren war das relativ normal und im Durschnitt. Gerne können wir uns darüber aber auch in Ruhe unterhalten und uns die Zahlen der Vorjahre ansehen. Transparenz und Fairness sind wichtig für mich.

Generell glaube ich auch, dass eine Besichtigung hier und ein erstes Kennenlernen ganz viele Fragen ausräumen wird. Solltest du dich also von allem angesprochen fühlen, ruf gerne an oder schreibe mir eine Nachricht.
