The room is fully furnished, has three large windows so it is very bright and warm. The windows looking to the main street, the view from the window is amazing!
The building is located in the city center, three minutes walking to HBF, Forum, EDEKA, ALDI, DM. Rossmann is right downstairs of the building. The surrounding area is convenient and lively with many cafe, restaurants, kebab and pizza shop. The gym is 5 minutes walking away and the city hall is right next the building.
Also, the building has one elevator and the supervised camera so it is safe and save your energy from climbing the stairs.
The roommates are two lovely Chinese girls who are always friendly and helpful.
