One fully furnished room in the heart of the city (5 mins by walk from Marienplatz).
All services included: water, heating, wifi and electricity.
In addition, the rent includes one person coming each week to clean the shared spaces.
Being in such a centric place, you have everything at a walking distance.
Supermarkets, malls, Marienplatz, Sendliger Tor, Viktualienmarkt... all that within 5 mins way.
You would have 3 awesome roomies, for the first half the month and you would share it with at most one other person for the second half of the month (one of the roomies is still unsure of his vacations ;) )
The room is unfortunately only available for a month since the building is being renovated after.
The contract would be directly with me, so no need to worry about SHUFA or any other credit document.
You would get the deposit immediately after leaving the room.
