I do have a spare room in my wonderful, modern flat, fully furnished, a little gem (9qm) in the absolute city centre, walking distance to every transport (S-Bahn or U-Bahn, tram and busses) with a single bed, TV and wardrobe (no desk). No parking possible.

The flat is in the 4th floor (no elevator, no balcony)
It's not a place for Homeoffice workers, but for tourists and internship holders or mature master students, post docs etc. who wish to explore the city and be very central. It's only 300 meter from Marienplatz in the pedestrian area in a courtyard.

I'm renting it only to girls, since we are a "strictly girls only house". No freshmans. You need to have prior experience living alone, or in a flatshare and know how to keep the house clean. Not younger than 25 years. Sorry.

It's a quiet home, not a party place and I'm super tidy.
It's a non smoking house. I can't accommodate pets.
I do respect the privacy of everyone, but love to meet in the kitchen for a shared dinner or chat with a coffee or glass of wine. You are always welcome to join.
I'm a meet lover (so vegetarians etc. will have a hard time here :-). No outside visitors or stay overs of friends /family. The flat is in total 63 qm. There is no living room. The place where we can meet is the kitchen.

You share kitchen and bathroom usually only with me (sometimes a second woman).
I'm a full professional working, 50 (and something) young (in my spirit and energy ;-) lady. I'm working for Max Planck in the area of science (Biochemistry). I do love classic music, theater and opera and I'm out quite often with friends enjoying beergarden and everything this vibrant city has to offer.

Rental period can be negotiated flexible, but long strayer have priority :-).
Minimum stay is 1 month and for long stays (more than 3 months) I can provide a subtenancy agreement.
No KVR registration for stays for less than 1 year.

Mitten in der Stadt. In 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man sämtliche U-Bahn / S-Bahn Linien und dutzende Tram /Buslinien

Viel Raum für Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Gern trifft man sich Abends zum Abendessen in der Küche, aber respektiert auch den privaten Rückzugsraum.

Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sowie Selbständigkeit im handling des WG - Alltags ist mir sehr wichtig. Darüber hinaus die Einhaltung der Nachtruhe / Hausordnung des Hauses. Aufgrund der kurzen Anmietung kann keine KVR Anmeldung angeboten werden, jedoch kann Post empfangen werden (c/o Adresse)
