I'm looking forward to welcoming you in our WG! Currently I am sharing the WG with Monica.Our home has a total area of 90m2 and consists of a spacious living room, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet, two bedrooms, a hall and a balcony with a view on the Isar. Your future room has an area of 14m2 and has a lovely view over the balcony onto the Isar and the Deutschen Museum. The room will come with the bed and the closet seen on the photos, as well as a desk and a chair (not shown on the photos). There's plenty of storage space incorporated into the lower part of the bed as well. In my opinion, the highlight of our home is the spacious living room with our home cinema - it's the perfect spot to chill in the evening and watch a series or listen to some music!

The location of our WG is, in my humble opinion, divine. Right in the heart of Munich, next to the Isar, only a 15 minute walk away from Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and the Englischer Garten. The location is also super practical, it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the S-Bahn and Straßenbahn station Isartor, which is part of the so-called Stammstrecke, meaning that virtually all S-Bahn lines stop there. For shopping, we have an Edeka at 5 minutes distance, whereas Aldi, DM and HIT are 10 minutes away. Some other gems in our area are: the Rooftop of the Gasteig for a sunset with a drink, the Müllersches Volksbad for a stylish swim, Pepe am Isartor for some nice pizza when it's one of those too lazy to cook days, and the path along the Isar leading to the Englisher Garten for the runs needed to cut that pizza again.

I'm Tim and I'm 34 years old. I‘m living in Munich for over 10 years now and have lived in nearly every city in Germany. My biggest passion is traveling - I've seen about a third of the world by now, and I seize every opportunity to see more! Summer is when I truly come to life, and go for runs, swims or hikes, but I can get equally excited about an evening of board games, watching a series in our home cinema, or drinks on the balcony with some music. Cooking is another thing I love doing. With my current flatmate I love to sit down for a dinner whenever our schedules allow it - a tradition that I would like to continue :)

The core principal of our WG is that everybody feels comfortable and happy. For this, open communication and empathy are a must. I'm really laid-back, positive and considerate myself, and I would enjoy living with someone who is too. As I enjoy having people over, you should be a bit more on the social side as well to have a happy co-living.

A few remaining remarks:

Rental period: 01 Mai - 30 Sep. Feel free to respond if you would want to sub-rent for a longer shorter period, but of course we will always prefer applications that will rent for the entire period. I keep it with 6 month to see how co-living is for both of us :)

Furniture: From the pictures, only the bed and the closet are included. There's also a desk and chair, which are not shown on these pictures.

Price: €1050 per month, including gas, water, electricity and wifi. Rent is always due 1 month in advance. Furthermore, a €2100 deposit is required.
