This is a new WG, and I will also be moving in during this time. The flat is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) and features two main rooms: your spacious unfurnished 26m² room with two windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the other room, which is slightly smaller but cozy, where I'll be staying.
There’s a bathroom without a window, an entrance area with a common table for dining, and a kitchen.
Since I will also be moving in during this time, I'll buy the essential kitchen appliances and a washing machine when we move in, so please expect it may take a week or so to have everything ready 😊
The flat is conveniently located next to Ostbahnhof, with excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city. Just beneath us in the French neighborhood, you'll find everything you need, including Aldi, Lidl, DM, pharmacies, bakeries and cute cafes.
Since this is a new WG, we have a wonderful opportunity to create our own vibe together! I’m looking for someone easygoing who might enjoy going for walks, exploring flea markets, watching movies, or drinking a beer every now and then.
I’m 27, originally from Spain, and I work as a software engineer developing streaming apps (so you might even score a free subscription!). After living in Italy for the past five years, I’m now ready for a new adventure in Munich.
My girlfriend, who is Italian and studies Economics, will be visiting occasionally, likely for a couple of weeks here and there. She’s 25, super tidy, and a great cook! It would be lovely if you’re okay with her staying with us now and then.
