Hi everyone!
I’m renting out 1 room in a 3-room apartment located in the heart of Au-Haidhausen starting on March 1st, 2025.
The room is 15 sqm and unfurnished (but this can be negotiated). The highlight is a gorgeous triple floor-to-ceiling window (or french balcony) that lets in plenty of light all day long. The apartment is very well insulated and super quiet.
The flat itself is 78 sqm and features a very spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms (both the same size), a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (dishwasher, microwave, induction stove…), a guest toilet and a full bathroom.
This is a neubau, so the walls are very thick and the apartment is quite new and comfortable. I have all the necessary equipment since I have been living in this flat for more than a year.
The apartment is located right at Grillparzerstraße, with great connections:
– Bus 68, 54, 100, X30 and Tram 19 at your doorstep
– A 10-minute walk to Ostbahnhof
– A 6-minute walk to the U4 at Prinzregentenplatz or an 8-minute walk to Max-Weber-Platz
Getting to the city center is super quick and easy at any time!
A bit about me:
My name is Antía, I’m from Spain, and I’ve been living in Munich for almost 3 years. I speak mostly Spanish and English (and I’m working on my German—slowly but surely 😂).
I work as a graphic designer at an agency here in Munich, and I have a huge passion for interior design. I’m very talkative, open-minded, and creative—you’ll often catch me brainstorming my next DIY project or planning the next dinner party with my friends.
I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and respectful, is open to having a friendly, close relationship with their flatmate and very important, is responsible and takes care of shared spaces.
Since all the furniture in the apartment is mine, it’s super important to me that you’re mindful and careful with everything. I also really value clear and open communication to make living together easy and fun.
