Hi! I’m Angga, and I’ve lived in this shared flat since 2022, during my master’s studies. Now that I’ve graduated and started working full-time, I’m moving into a larger space. This room, however, has been perfect for me, and I believe it’ll be ideal for someone new to Munich. It comes fully furnished and ready to move into.
The flat is located at Friedrichshafener Straße 4, in a well-connected area of Munich. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Westkreuz S-Bahn station (S6 and S8 lines), giving you quick access to the city center (HBF only within 15 minutes) and Munich airport. For shopping, you’ll find Aldi, Rewe, and DM close by, along with the larger Pasing Arcaden shopping mall, which is only 10 minutes away. If you need medical services, there’s also a doctor’s practice nearby at Friedrichshafener Straße 11
The flat is shared with two wonderful roommates, Kai and Ulas. Kai, originally from China, works as a software engineer, while Ulas, from Turkey, is pursuing his master’s in Biology at TUM. The WG operates on a cleaning schedule managed through an app, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We often enjoy relaxed weekend breakfasts, where we share dishes from our home countries, but there’s no pressure if you prefer to keep to yourself.
