Hi everyone,
I’m Eve and I’m looking for a girl who would take over my big room in the 3er flatshare in Streifeldstr. (Berg am Laim).
The room, which will become available on 01 December 2024 is big and bright. The room itself is about 19m2 plus the balcony 6m2 (only your part). We have a long balcony that every room has the access, but you can of course put something to divide your space if you want. The room will be completely unfurnished.
The flat located close to Tram 21 Station: Schüsselbergstraße, you only need 3 mins. There are Lidl, Aldi and Kaufland close by, very very convenient and best location I’d say.
The flat is on the second floor (with a lift). Your flatmates will be Dariia and Eleni. We’re looking for a nice, chilled female flatmate who can also speaks english for a long term stay.
The share space will be kitchen, toilet and bathroom. We also have keller to store your stuffs.
Only female and non-smoker :)
You will need to meet Eleni and Dariia first and then meet our landlord. Please keep in mind that sub-rent is not allowed in this apartment.
