Since our current flatmate is moving in mid March, we are looking for someone to take over his room from then onwards.
The brand new flat spans 110m² and is located on the ground floor. The common space is fully furnished, but the 13m² room and 4m² walk in closet (can obviously be used for other purposes as well) comes unfurnished - though some furniture could possibly be taken over subject to confirmation. Aside from this there are two bathrooms of which you would share one, a shared rooftop, a private terrace, a basement for storage, bicycle garage, and there’s also the option to rent a parking spot.
Construction of the building has finished in early 2023 and is located centrally in the Werksviertel neighborhood by Ostbahnhof close to several hotspots of the city: at your doorstep there are a few rooftops that allow to take in the best views of the city and the proximity to the Isar means that you can easily refresh on hot summer days. Due to its location at the border of Giesing & Haidhausen you can quickly reach two of Munich’s most sought-after neighborhoods, though access to the U2, U5, U8, S-Bahn and the 59 bus means you get to anywhere in the city in no time. Restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores are also just 3 walking minutes away.
Your new flatmates would be Tobias & Wouter. We’re in our late twenties and mid thirties, and working so we would prefer a person of similar age and stage. Our shared hobby is climbing so we engage in that together from time to time. Aside from that we're relatively easygoing and if our busy schedule allows that, we also enjoy cooking together. We are mainly speaking English as Wouter’s is Dutch and is still learning German.
