The stand alone house has around 180 m² and a huge garden.
Basement:
The big kitchen has a huge fridge and freezer, ofen, microwave, and possibility to sit for about 4-6 people. A separate dining space heads to the very big living room.
This room offered is on 1st floor, has huge cupboards, a cosy sofa, table and a bed.
The green bathroom (with window) with sink, toilet and bath is shared with max. 2 other people.
Furniture might be different or replaced and vary to what you see on the pics.
Stop of U2 is JOSEPHSBURG, 4min from the house.
Going to downtown and station 20min, airport about 50min with public transport.
Parking possible at the street for free and currently without parking permit.
Tram 21 to downtown also in 4min walking distance.
Shops, dry cleaning, drugstore, bakery and pharmacy all about 5min walking distance.
5-6 people are maximum.
2 double rooms, 2 individual rooms.
Everybody cleans his/her individual space and for the common space indoor and outdoor exists a cleaning plan.
We respect every nationality, sex, religion and way of living as long as you respect it vice versa and we share a happy and open minded environment.
No smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
Music or any other noise as loud that you can hear it in you room, but not one other in his/her room...

Abolutely no smoking in the house!
No pets allowed. No big Parties.
Everything like for the beds and towels is provided.
Kitchen equipment, too.
Washing machine and dryer for everyone in the house.
Use is currently € 4,00 per unit.
Additional costs are fix. They include a.o. electricity, heating, local taxes, assurances and other legal requirements. Please have a liablity insurance ready to show or get some before signing the contract.
