Hey there ~
This isn’t just another sublet for a short period but rather the chance to join a little family of two German girls (20 and 24 y/o) who love cooking, baking, dancing, painting and board games 🫶 if you’re looking for a cosy room for short term with a friendly open vibe and a nice garden you’re in the right place!
The room:
The room is fully furnitured located on the ground floor as seen in the picture.
Bathroom/Toilett:
On the ground floor where your room is located there’s a small bathroom and a second bathroom on the first floor. Everyone can use any of the bathroom but it’s certainly convinient to have an extra bathroom on the ground floor. Theres one shower on the first floor which is separate to the toilett on the first floor.
The kitchen:
Freshly renewed kitchen including all the essentials (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, boiler, toaster, mixer, coffee machine) as well as all the essentials for baking. You’re welcome to share everything in the kitchen and support in the purchase of the spices if needed.
The washing machine:
We’re like a little family so we organise the washing by color, white, black and sensitive clothes and wash it together to keep the clothes as nice as possible. If you wish you could also wash separately. One of the girls has a skin allergy so she brings her own detergent which means you don’t need to buy any.
The location:
Our home is located 5 minutes walk from Daglfing S-bahn station and there are three buses running near the S-bahn station going to Richard-Strauss-Straße U-bahn station and Arabellapark U-bahn station within 10-15 minutes.
Cooking together:
We love to make a weekly meal plan from Butter Chicken to Chili con Carne to Tacos to Tteok-bokki and Korean BBQ so whenever there’s s cooking plan the expenses are of course shared. This is totally up to everyone’s availability but it’s a great way of sharing freshly home-made meals. Of course if you wish to prepare your own meals that is absolutely fine.
Supermarkets:
There’s a Rewe 7 minutes walk from the house and often Tami can drive to get groceries in bulk if needed.
The roomies:
Tami is 23 in her final semester of Architecture. She loves cooking and she’s a great cook! Always happy to try out new recipes. She loves playing uno flip and Cluedo.
Natascha is 20 and she’s doing an internship in market research. She has a passion for baking so there’s always some treats in the house. She’s the best one at playing uno flip and any other board game.
The cleaning:
Generally everyone takes half an hour on the weekend for some general cleaning and it’s of course appreciated to clean after yourself after eating/cooking so everyone else can use the kitchen utensils as well.
Bikes:
There’s a bike storage if needed
If you’re interested just let me know a little bit about you and the girls would be thrilled to know you!
Best,
Nikki
