Ein komfortables Bett (140x200cm)
Ein großer Schreibtisch, perfekt für produktives Arbeiten im Home Office oder fürs Studium.
Stauraum: Eine praktische Kommode und eine Kleiderstange sind bereits vorhanden. Falls Du mehr Stauraum benötigst, kannst Du natürlich gerne nachrüsten.
Das Zimmer bietet Dir eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der Du Dich direkt wohlfühlen kannst.
Die Wohnung ist 80qm groß und wir haben den Luxus eines Wohn-/Esszimmers. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind glücklicherweise getrennt, wodurch es selten zu Wartezeiten kommt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 Stock aber wir haben einen funktionierenden Aufzug.

The 12sqm room is rented as shown in the pictures and is fully furnished, so you can move in hassle-free. Here's what awaits you:
- comfortable bed (140x200cm)
- large desk, perfect for productive work in the home office or studying
- storage space: A practical chest of drawers and a clothes rack are already provided. If you need more, you are welcome to add your own.
The room offers a pleasant atmosphere where you’ll feel at home instantly.
The apartment is 80sqm and includes a spacious living/dining area. The bathroom and toilet are separate, so waiting times are rarely an issue. It’s located on the 4th floor, but don’t worry – there’s a fully functional elevator!

Die Wohnung liegt in Bogenhausen in der Nähe vom Böhmerwaldplatz (U4; 7 min zu Fuß). Dadurch hat man es nicht weit in die Innenstadt und den englischen Garten und ist top angebunden. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-10 min zu erreichen sind. (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe & Basic).
Die Wohngegend ist an sich sehr ruhig, es gibt kaum Straßenverkehr und es grenzt direkt ein Park an der Wohnung an in dem man im Sommer besonders gut Zeit verbringen kann.

The apartment is located in Bogenhausen, near Böhmerwaldplatz (U4; 7 minutes on foot). This means you have quick access to the city center and the English Garden, with excellent public transport connections.There are plenty of supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe & Basic).The neighborhood itself is very quiet, with little traffic, and there is a park directly next to the apartment
Unsere WG wird sich Ende Mai auflösen, weshalb das Zimmer nur für eine begrenzte Zeit verfügbar ist. Derzeit wohnen hier Laura und Thorsten, die ebenfalls Ende Mai ausziehen werden. Dadurch handelt es sich um ein zeitlich begrenztes Wohnverhältnis – ideal für jemanden, der gerade in München Fuß fasst oder eine Übergangslösung zwischen Wohnungseinzügen sucht. Wir sind eine entspannte, freundliche WG, die respektvollen Umgang schätzt und gerne mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt, aber auch jedem seinen Freiraum lässt.

Our shared apartment will dissolve at the end of May, so the room is only available for a limited time. Currently, Laura and Thorsten live here, but they will also be moving out at the end of May. This makes it a temporary living arrangement – ideal for someone who is just settling in Munich or needs a short-term solution between apartments.
We are a relaxed and friendly WG, valuing mutual respect. We enjoy spending time together occasionally but also respect everyone’s personal space.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, und eine kürzere Mietdauer als drei Monate ist ebenfalls möglich. Das Zimmer steht also auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zur Verfügung, falls du nur für wenige Wochen eine Unterkunft suchst. Das späteste Auszugsdatum ist Mitte bis Ende Mai, da sich die WG dann auflöst.

The move-in date is flexible, and a shorter rental period than three months is also possible. The room is available for a shorter stay as well, in case you only need accommodation for a few weeks. The latest move-out date is mid to late May, as the shared apartment will dissolve then.
