Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden bei Bedarf gerne gestellt. Das Sofa lässt sich ausziehen, ca. 140 cm x 200 cm.
Verkehrsanbindung:
S8 (Flughafen) Johanneskirchen. 18 Min. zum Marienplatz , Bus.
Messe München Bayer. Fernsehen und Medienpark Unterföhring sind auch nicht weit.
Umgebung:
Außenrum schön grün (Jogger?). Im Sommer mit dem Radl zum Feringasee in ca. 10 Min.
Kein Parkplatzproblem.
Kaution 1 Monatsmiete.
Zu mir: w, 58, berufstätig, freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Da ich ganztätig berufstätig bin kann ich nur eine Zweck-WG anbieten. Ab und zu mal auch mal einen Ratsch halten mach ich aber gerne. Und nochmal nur Wochenendheimfahrer!!!
