Dieses schöne, gemütliche Zimmer in einer 3-Personen-Wohnung wird zum 15. April frei. Es ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, etc. Das Badezimmer hat auch eine Waschmaschine.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und wohnen schon seit über einem Jahr hier.
2 wunderschöne Katzen Mogli und Balu, also wären idealerweise katzenfreundliche Menschen nett :)
Die Wohnung hat einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, einen Backofen und Cerankochfelder. Also alle Notwendigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten sind abgedeckt.

This nice, cosy room in a 3 person flat will be available on April 15. It is 16 square meters and is rented unfurnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc. The bathroom has a washing machine as well.
The roommates are lovely and have been here for over a year.
2 beautiful cats Mogli and Balu, so ideally cat-friendly people would be nice :)

Vanessa arbeitet als Filialleiterin und David als Tischler. Es ist eine entspannte und freundliche WG und wie immer sind die Grundregeln der WG Sauberkeit, Respekt und Spaß.

Vanessa works as a branch manager and David as a carpenter. It's a relaxed and friendly flatshare and as always the basic rules of the WG are cleanliness, respect and fun.
Die Hauptmieterin ist eine sehr nette und entspannte Dame, die die gesamte Wohnung untervermietet. Der Vertrag ist unbefristet und kann mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten gekündigt werden, oder sofort, wenn ein Ersatzmitbewohner gefunden wird.

The hauptmieter is a very nice and relaxed lady who sublets the entire apartment. The contract is unlimited and can be ended at 3 months notice, or immediately if a replacement flatmate is found.
