Our flat is 100m next to the "Sendlinger Tor", probably the most important metro station in Munich with direct Metro and Tram connection to anywhere. It is in the heart of the "Glockenbachviertel", the most lively area of Munich with many nice bars, clubs, cafes, shops and a really unique neighborhood.
Yes, we aren´t clubbing as much as we did in the good old times.
Yet, we still appreciate much more than too many others in our age active social vibes as well as real physical acoustic vibes, either within our sacred walls or somewhere around Munich and the globe.
The unique location of our flat brings the very nice side effect to be a magnet for friends and friends of friends and has now an a long history of connecting people. The central place for this is our 25 m² kitchen, where we enjoy sitting together after work and talking about the beauties of life while listening to modern classics like tribal electronic or authentic Brazilian tunes.
Our wonderful shared flat is on the fourth floor (so lot of sunshine).
The social center of our flat is the combined kitchen/dining room with a great equipped 5m wide kitchen (dish washer, fridge, 2 freezers, stove, ceramic hob, microwaves, mixer, toaster, ...), table and a couch with history.
Our huge bathroom (15 sqm) has a toilette, shower, bathtub and washing machine.
