Das Zimmer in der gemischten 8er -WG ist ca 35m² groß und hat einen privaten Ausgang sowie terasse zum über 700m² großen Garten mit eigener Terasse. Dem nächsten Grillabend steht somit nichts mehr im Weg :)
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss und du teilst dir diese Etage mit 2 Mädels aus der Ukraine.
Die Miete über 750€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie: Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Eine Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.03 verfügbar, wir suchen jemanden der mind 1 Jahr bleiben möchte.

-Schreibtisch und riesiger Schrank (mit Kleiderstange und Schrankbrettern)

- du teilst dir dein Badezimmer mit 2 Mädels aus der Ukraine
- es gibt insgesamt 3 Duschen und 3 Toiletten für 8 Mitbewohner
- die Küche wird nur mit 6 Leuten geteilt (2 Bewohner haben ihre eigene Küche)
- Waschraum mit Waschmaschine vorhanden

I am offering a fully furnished room in a former villa in the Großhadern district - 5 min walk to U6 Großhadern Station.
The room in a mixed 8-person shared flat is approx. 35m² in size and has a private exit and terrace to the 700m² garden with its own terrace. So nothing stands in the way of the next barbecue evening :)
The rent of 750€ includes all additional costs such as: Water, heating, electricity, internet and GEZ.
The room is on the ground floor and you share this floor with 2 girls from the Ukraine.
Registration is of course possible.
The room is available from 01.03, we are looking for someone who wants to stay at least 1 year.

Das Haus befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn U6 Großhadern.
Die U6 bringt dich innerhalb vom 15 Minuten zum Marienplatz und weiter zur Universität und auch nach Garching.
Es befinden sich Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Banken, Tankstelle, Post in direkter Umgebung.
The house is a 5-minute walk from the subway line U6 Großhadern.
The U6 takes you within 15 minutes to Marienplatz and further to the university and also to Garching.
There is a bakery, butcher, supermarket, banks, gas station and post office in the immediate neighborhood.
