Mein Zimmer ist für Dreimonate vom 15.08-15.11.2024 frei.
Das Zimmer ist mit 17m^2 sehr groß und durch drei große Fenster auch sehr hell. Ich würde für die dreimonate Möbel etc. da lassen, daher fällt auch eine Kaution von 550€ an. Den Schrank etc. Räume ich soweit aus, sodass du auch genug Platz für deine Sachen hast.
Das Zimmer ist super gelegen. Du würdest keine zwei Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Holzapfelkreuth wohnen und der Westpark ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Mit dir würden Emma und Liz wohnen. Emma studiert derzeit im Master Biochemie und Liz promoviert in dem gleichen Bereich. Generell ist unser WG-Leben sehr entspannt, wir kochen gerne zusammen, unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen und haben auch oft Freunde da. Dementsprechend wäre es schön wenn du auch Lust auf eine WG hast die keine Zweck WG ist.
An sich achten wir auch sehr darauf, dass man in Prüfungsphasen seine Ruhe hat und auch größere Hauspartys sind nicht wöchentlich an der Tagesordnung aber es ist doch auch oft was los. Nichts desto trotz ist es uns auch immer wichtig, dass alles sauber ist und daher haben wir einen Putzplan.

The room is very large at 17m^2 and very bright thanks to three large windows. I would leave furniture etc. there for the three months, so there is also a deposit of 550€. I would clear out the wardrobe etc. so that you have enough space for your things.
The room is in a great location. You would be less than a two-minute walk from Holzapfelkreuth subway station away and Westpark is also just around the corner.
Emma and Liz would live with you. Emma is currently doing her Master's degree in biochemistry and Liz is doing a PhD in the same field. In general, our shared flat life is very relaxed, we like to cook together, do things together and often have friends over. Accordingly, it would be nice if you would also like to live in a flat share that is not a purpose-built flat share.
We also make sure that we have some peace and quiet during exam periods and whenever you need. Larger house parties are not the order of the day, but there is often something going on and you can always join when you feel like it. Nevertheless, it's always important to us that everything is clean and that's why we have a cleaning plan.
