Hello, I will be leaving this flat on 07.10.2024 because of a dorm offer and that's why the room is on offer. We have 1 cute balcony, a small living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
Flatshare:
In the flat you will have 2 flatmates, Johann and Sun. Sun is a molecular biology master student in LMU and she is still waiting for her visa to come out to move in. Johann is an IT personal mostly working at home. We generally don't hang out quite a lot but never against a chat or chilling at the WG
Location:
The location of the flat is perfect, it is only 3min by walk to the nearest Ubahn Station(haderner stern). By Ubahn you can arrive at Marienplatz in 15min and to the Biology campus also in around 15min.
Conditions:
I would leave the bed and the table in the room for 100 euros and I would take the rest away. You would have an Untermiete agreement with me until the first of November by which you would have a contract with the landlord. I would love to leave at the 7th of October but I am a tiny bit flexible with it.
While writing, don't forget to include the words "balcony WG", so I know that you have read the message :)
