The room is furnished and includes a bed with matress, multiple shelves, a wardrobe and a table with a chair. A private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is part of the room. The bathroom is fully tiled. The room has a floor-to-ceiling window. Part of the shared space with the roommates is a furnished large kitchen with a table, chairs and sofa and a big balcony.
The student dorm has a laundry room with multiple laundry machines and driers. One load of laundry machine costs ~50 cent, a drier run costs ~30 cent.
The room is in a student dorm called "Stiftsbogen", so the roommates are all students of different subjects and degrees. Language of conduct is english, as the roommates are internationals. German language skills are not required at all.
The U6 station 'Haderner Stern' is approximately 10 Minutes by foot, and the Tram 18 Station 'Gondrellplatz' can be reached within 7 Minutes by foot. There is a shopping center 'Haderner Stern' with Edeka, Penny, DHL, Asian supermarket and a library within 8 Minutes by foot and on the way to the U6 station.
Hauptbahnhof via Tram 18 and U5 can be reached in under 30 Minutes; Marienplatz on the U6 line within 25 Minutes.
There are regular parties in the party room of the student dorm and WhatsApp groups for shared activities (e.g. tennis, boardgames)
