Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und verfügt über eine hohe Decke und einen schönen Holzboden, die Wände sind aus massivem Stein. Das Fenster ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der derzeitige Bewohner plant, den Kleiderschrank, den Schreibtisch, das Bett, den Stuhl und die Kommoden im Zimmer zu lassen. Die Tür führt zum Flur, der mit der Eingangstür, der Toilette, dem Badezimmer und der Küche verbunden ist.
Hinweis: Der große Kleiderschrank gehört dem Vermieter und muss im Zimmer in gutem Zustand gehalten werden.
Zunächst handelt es sich um eine
Untervermietung bis Februar 2025 und es wird KVR bereitgestellt. Ab Januar 2025 erhöht sich die Miete um 30 €.

The room is quite spaces and has a high sealing and a nice wood floor, the walls are solid stone. The window is facing south. The current occupant is planning to leave the wardrobe, the desk, the dressers, the bed and the chair. The door leads to the corridor that connects to the front door, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen.
Note: Big wardrobe belongs to the landlord and must be kept in the room in good condition.
Initially this will be a sublet till Feb 2025 and KVR will be provided. And rent will increase by 30€ from Jan 2025.

Die Wohnung ist eine von 3 in der 4. Etage, der höchsten bewohnten Etage eines renovierten Altbaus. Die Eingangstür des Gebäudes führt zu einer Einbahnstraße mit wenig Autoverkehr und Kopfsteinpflaster.
Die Straße und die Gebäude sind durch kleine Gärten mit kleinen bis mittelgroßen Bäumen getrennt. Das Gebäude bildet mit seinen Nachbarn einen Ring um einen zentralen Hof. Der Hof verfügt über eine Rasenfläche mit großen Bäumen, einen Spielplatz und eine Hütte für den Müll.
Dieser Komplex liegt im Osten von Laim mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt nördlich davon. Es ist außerdem gut an die U-Bahn, Tram und die S-Bahn angebunden (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Es gibt auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe (~3 Minuten).

The flat is one of 3 in the 4th floor, the highest inhabited floor of an old renovated building. The building’s front door leads to a low car traffic, one way, cobblestones road.
The road and the buildings are separated by small gardens with small to mid-sized trees. The building forms a ring around a central court with its neighbors. The court contains a grass lawn with big tress, a playground and a hut for the trash.
This complex is located in the east of Laim with a tram station directly north of it. It’s also well-connected to the subways, Tram and the suburban railway (~5 min by foot). There are also grocery stores around (~3min).

Wie sind Jonas und Charlotte, die beiden Mitbewohner. Uns lernt ihr auch am Wochenende kennen. Jonas ist Lehramtstudent aus dem Süden von Bayern, Charlotte kommt aus NRW und ist Zahnmedizinstudentin.
Oft tauschen wir uns in der Küche aus und essen zusammen.
Wir rotieren das Putzen wöchentlich. Internet und GEZ-Kosten teilen wir uns.

Jonas and Charlotte occupy the other 2 rooms. You will meet us next weekend. Jonas is a student from south Bavaria, Charlotte is a student from NRW.
We sometimes cook together and share our food. The social life in our flat therefore mostly revolves around our kitchen.
We have a weekly rotation system for cleaning and share the cost for Internet and GEZ.
