Your room is pretty well lit and comes with a window and a TV. It had 2 cupboards to store things and a TV for your entertainment. There is a single bed. The room is equipped with everything you will need including a study table and a controllable light.
The place is situated 250 meters away from the tram 18 stop. It is also a 20 minute walk from Laimer Platz U5 station. You can also catch a bus from Menaristraße, which operates also at night. The bus stop is also 4 minutes on foot. You are located near all grocery stores like Rewe, Penny, Netto, and even an indian supermarket. The neighbourhood is pretty safe and since there is a school nearby, its quite lively.
I study at LMU main campus and it takes me 35 minutes on a bad day. And lesser on a good one. TUM main campus is the same.
Hbf is just 20 minutes by public transport.
I (Spandan) am a student at LMU while my flatmate works at a multinational company. Both respect each others privacy and are in our own room
But occasionsally we cook together, and share food etc. a drink is also fun sometimes.
We are always pleasant with one another and follow a clean and organised lifestyle.
Our rule is simple: be kind, and respectful.
Since this place has been more or less furnished over time, the kitchen lacks an oven and also lacks a freezer (only healthy fresh meals), we have a washing machine, fridge, and a vacuum.
This is a flexible sublet with the possibility of extension. KVR registrarion is not possible.
