The room up for rent is bright and spacious with access to a small east-facing balcony.
The current tenant will leave the furniture, which will need to be bought out. The biggest room has been converted into a living room less than a year ago and all furniture bought anew.
The one-off cost of taking over the bedroom furniture and half the price of the living room furniture is 3200 (slightly negotiable).
The rest of the house counts a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa, TV, dining table, bathroom and toilet. I am planning on moving out at the end of June and all furniture, tools and decorations will be left in the flat.
The flat is located in the Laim district and is well connected to the city center via U5 (Laimer Platz 5 minutes walking from the building), the S-Bahn (station Laim 10 minutes), tram line 19 (2 minutes), and bus lines 51,151,168.
Many amenities can be found within walking distance: supermarkets (EDEKA, REWE, DM, ALDI), pharmacies, shops, bakeries, coffee shops, and parks (Nymphenburger Park, Hirschgarten, and Westpark).
