Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer in der Ludwigsvorstadt für 2 Wochen unter.
Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon und ist ausgestattet mit zwei MALM-Kommoden, einem Bett mit Matratze und einer Kleiderstange.
Wir haben außerdem noch ein großes Wohn-und Esszimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher, das mitbenutzt werden kann.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Philip (27) und Emily (25). Beide sind berufstätig, Emily im Marketing und Philip arbeitet im Architekturbereich. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und schauen gerne auch abends zusammen fern, allerdings natürlich alles kein Muss, insbesondere bei einer Untermiete.
Die Wohnung is optimal an den ÖPNV angebunden und hat auch Supermärkte direkt in der Nähe.
Da ich umziehe, wäre es super, wenn wir die Wohnungsübergabe bereits am 13. oder 14. Oktober machen könnten.
Falls das nicht möglich ist, würden Emily oder Philip dir die Schlüssel übergeben.
