Ich suche eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) für meine schöne Altbauwohnung am Goetheplatz.
Zur Miete steht ein möbliertes Zimmer (ca. 18m2), wobei das Wohnzimmer und die Küche, Bad natürlich auch genutzt werden können.
Das Zimmer und der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und muss nur noch bezogen werden.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett (160x200cm), Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal ausgestattet.
Zweimal pro Monat kommt eine Putzhilfe für die gesamte Wohnung.
Nur Einzelnutzung möglich, keine Paare…
Zur U6 oder U3 sind es nur 2 Minuten. Zum Marienplatz sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 min und zur Isar und dem Flaucher kommt man auch sehr günstig.
Ich bin berufstätig und mache etwa 2 oder 3 Tage Homeoffice.
An den Tagen im Büro bin ich recht früh weg und komme vor Abend nicht nach Hause.
Ansonsten bin ich gelegentlich auch unter der Woche bei Freunden. Wochenends ist in der Regel ein Ausflug geplant oder ich verbringe die Zeit im schönen München.
