Hi,
wir (Psychologe und Projektmanager, beide Anfang 30) suchen für unsere 3er WG eine/n neue MitbewohnerIn. Wir sind selbst erst seit kurzem in der Wohnung und haben die WG neu gegründet.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer selbst ist 12m² groß und an der Hinterseite des Hauses (Nordöstlich) zum Innenhof hin. Es ist teilmöbiliert mit einem Bett, Kommode, Stuhl und Teppich. Es ist noch Platz für ein Schreibtisch oä.
Zum eigentlich Zimmer kommt noch ein extra Raum dazu (3,5 m²) in dem ein großer Kleiderschrank steht und noch als weiterer Stauraum alleine genutzt werden kann.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst befristet (Vermieterseite), aber wir suchen prinzipiell auch jmd. für ein langfristiges Zusammenleben und würden gerne verlängern, wenn es passt.
Hinweis: Auf den Fotos steht noch eine Couch im Zimmer - diese ist da nur vorübergehend und selbstverständlich bei Einzug nicht mehr da (außer so gewollt)!
Bzgl. der Wohnung: Wir haben einen geräumigen Balkon zum Innenhof hin. In der Küche befindet sich sowohl Waschmaschine, als auch Spülmaschine. Es gibt noch eine weitere Kammer mit Stauraum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

We (psychologist and project manager) are looking for a new flatmate for our 3-person shared flat. We have only recently moved into the apartment ourselves and have just started the flat share.
The room for rent is 12m² in size and at the back of the house (north-east) facing the inner courtyard. It is partly furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, chair and carpet. There is still space for a desk or similar.
In addition to the actual room, there is an extra room (3.5 m²) with a large closet that can be used as additional storage space.
The tenancy agreement is temporary (landlord's side), but in principle we are also looking for someone for a long-term cohabitation and would like to extend it if it fits.
Note: There is still a couch in the room in the photos - this is only there temporarily and will of course no longer be there when you move in (unless you want it to be)!
Regarding the apartment: We have a spacious balcony facing the inner courtyard. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. There is another room with storage space for shared use.

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral, mit ca. 1-3 Minuten zum Gärtnerplatz oder dem Viktualienmarkt. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und Bars - die Straße selbst ist jedoch recht ruhig. Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind ebenfalls alle in ca. 3-5 Minuten erreichbar.
Ebenso befindet sich ein Yogastudio und ein Fitnessstudio in nächster Nähe.

The apartment is very centrally located, about 1-3 minutes from Gärtnerplatz or the Viktualienmarkt. There are many restaurants and bars nearby - but the street itself is quite quiet. The streetcar, subway and S-Bahn are also all about 3-5 minutes away.
There is also a yoga studio and a gym in the immediate vicinity.

Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG oä., sondern im Gegenteil schon sehr lange befreundet. Dementsprechend sieht auch unser WG-Alltag aus, von kurzem Quatschen in der Küchen über gemeinsames Kochen und Sport machen hin zu abends gemeinsam weggehen.
Sprich wir machen gerne Dinge gemeinsam, sind aber auch jeder gerne für sich und hängen nicht 24/7 aufeinander ab.
Wir suchen jemanden, der sich gerne in das WG-Leben einbringt und es nicht nur als einen Ort zum Schlafen sieht. Dabei ist es uns (fast) egal was du beruflich machst, noch studierst oder ähnliches.

In other words, we like to do things together, but we also like to be on our own and don't hang out with each other 24/7.
