Die WG hat 5 Schlafzimmer sowie ein grosser Eingangsbereich mit Küche und Wohnbereich, Badezimmer und separates WC. Die Wohnung wurde letzten Mai vollständig renoviert und neu möbliert. Einmal pro Woche kommt eine Putzhilfe vorbei (in der Miete einbegriffen). Jeder Raum hat einen eigenen TV.
The flat has five bedrooms plus a living room with kitchen. There's a bathroom as well as a separate room for the loo. The flat was newly furnished back in May and it still looks new. Once a week a cleaning service comes round to clean the flat (every room). Each room has a separate TV.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Götheplatz (U-Bahn), sehr kurzer Weg zum beliebten Glockenbachviertel und zur Isar. Liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse, deshalb sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe (einige Minuten Fussweg).
The flat is located five minutes away from Goetheplatz (Subway station) and just a stone's throw away from the popular Glockenbachviertel. There's restaurants, bars and grocery shops nearby
Wir sind eine internationale WG (Deutschland, Österreich, Indien, bis vor kurzem Schweiz) mit jungen Berufstätigen. Wir kochen ganz gern mal zusammen, gehen aus, schwimmen in der nahen Isar oder machen Boottrips. Die Nähe zum Glockenbachviertel und Sendlinger Tor machen die Wohnung besonders attraktiv.
We're a somewhat international WG (Germany, Austria, India, Switzerland (until now) ) and we're all young professionals. We do spend time together cooking, swimming in the Isar, going out or doing boat trips down the Isar. Having been new in the city, I met a lot of great people during my stay in the flat.
Die Miete ist all-inclusive, d.h. 840 Euro beinhaltet Strom/Heizung, Putzkraft, Radio/TV Gebühren, Internet etc. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Nebenkosten an.
Die Wohnung wird von Agoora living ( http://agoora-living.de) verwaltet.
