Hello dear WG seekers!

A room in our international WG is gonna be free from 01.12. (an earlier moving date could be possible). It is located in a very spacious house in Trudering with living room, well-equipped kitchen (two fridges, dishwasher, microwave, oven), two bathrooms (both with shower), basement with washmachine and dryer, garden, and garage. The room is rent unfurnished. Anmeldung is possible.

The bus station Nauerstraße is just a few steps away from the house. There the bus 194 takes you to the U-Bahn /S-Bahn station Trudering in 15min, where you can change to the lines U2/S6,S8 and reach the city center in 15min. Around the station you can find many supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, dm, Rossmann, etc), bakeries, and the Fit Star. There are also an Edeka, Aldi, and Lidl at 5min by bike from home.

The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. In addition, its proximity to the forest allows you to enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, running or cycling (you can see deer from time to time).

Your roomies are Anton (24), Elvan (26), and Maria (21). Anton is German and studies his Bachelor in Bioinformatics at TUM. Elvan is from Turkey and is finishing her Master in Ecology at LMU. Maria is Colombian and is doing her Ausbildung as Hotelfachfrau. There is another guy living in the basement, where he has his own room with kitchen and bathroom. His name is Steve (27), from the USA, and studies American literature. As a WG we like to eat together or host a party from time to time. We also value personal space and cleanliness.
