Ich werde für einen Monat nach Hause gehen und möchte mein Zimmer für diesen Monat untervermieten.
Der Raum ist 12m^2 und ist sehr hell. Es ist ein spaßiges und diverses Studentenwohnheim neben dem Stammgelände der TU.
Es gibt insgesamt 80 Studenten im Haus und auf dem Stockwerk 18 Studenten.
- Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt
- Studenten-WG, gemischte WG
- Tolle Mitbewohner, gute Ausstattung des Hauses

I will be going home for a month and would like to sublet my room for that month.
The room is 12m^2 and is well-lit. It is a fun and diverse student residence right next to the TU main campus.
There are 80 students in the house and 18 students on the floor.
-Smoking is allowed on the balcony
-Student flat share, mixed flatshare
-Fun roommates, good house facilities

Wirklich gute Lage neben dem TU-Hauptcampus. 4 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn U2. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu 3 verschiedenen Bushaltestellen. 2 Stationen mit der U-Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Lidl, Rewe, Netto und Edeka sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
It is a perfect location next to the TU main campus. 4 minutes walk to the underground U2. 5 minutes walk to 3 different bus stops. 2 stops by underground from the central station.
Lidl, Rewe, Netto, and Edeka are all within 5 minutes' walking distance.
Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum pro Etage sowie eine Hauslounge im Untergeschoss (ideal für Filmabende).
Wir haben zwei Fitnessräume und auch zwei Lernräume.
Der Garten ist ein toller und ruhiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen und mit Leuten zu plaudern.
Die allgemeine Stimmung im Haus ist sehr freundlich und offen.

We have two fitness rooms and also two study rooms.
The garden is a great and quiet place to relax and chat with people.
