Hi! My name is Fabian, im moving to Spain and my room will be free for 3 month (01.07 to 01.10) Together with Julius, the main tenant of the flat, we are looking for someone to take over for this period of time.
Here is Julius description on the apartment:
Apartment:
My green apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen (since I like to cook myself) with a dishwasher, a nice bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub, a living room with a TV (several games consoles), a large refrigerator and a nice balcony with an optional hammock and lots of opportunities to grow vegetables and herbs in the summer. The washing machine is shared by a friend from the 2nd floor, just so you know.
About the free room. It is completely furnished with a bed, desk and closet and shelves (if something is not wanted, it can be taken out)
My apartment is in a very central location in the Max-Vorstadt (beginning of Schwabing) with numerous transport connections (tram, bus 4 minutes away, subway 10 minutes away (U2/3/6).
It takes 13 minutes to get to the city center by tram.
There are various shopping options such as shops, boutiques, pharmacies, drugstores, organic markets and supermarkets in every direction.
In the street itself, as well as in the parallel street, there are tons of good restaurants, cafes, bakeries and bars.
I can also give lots of good tips and recommendations if needed, as I was born and grew up in the area.
10 minutes from my apartment you can get to the famous English Garden, which is ideal for walking, sunbathing, relaxing and doing various sports. Furthermore, the Isar is about 15 minutes away by bike if you want to go for a swim in the summer.
About me. I am 29 I trained in the catering industry and usually work in several bars, cafes and restaurants at the same time, where you are welcome to visit me 😊
I also like to do sports like volleyball, table tennis (there is also a table in the yard), go running or go surfing when I'm on holiday/travelling.
Otherwise I like to go to bars or meet friends or have cooking or video/board game evenings at my place.
All in all I'm a very sociable and open-minded guy, but I also like to have some peace and quiet once or twice a week where I just hang out on the couch, play video games and watch Netflix.
On order. I'm a pretty tidy person, but from time to time I'll leave a pot out and wash it the next day. I don't mind cleaning schedules and always have a certain basic order/cleanliness that makes you feel comfortable.
I would like my tenant to be a bit like me. That you like to have a beer together after work in the evening or cook something together or do something or just hang out on the couch and watch something.
