A very nice Room is available in a great apartment for 40 days in the city centre in a very central location.
The room is at the back of the building hence tranquil for being so central. There is plenty of natural light in all parts of the apartment. It is fully furnished with furniture and kitchen equipment.
Per month rent is 1050 Euros warm, this includes all extra costs. The total rent for the entire duration would be 1400 euros with a 1000 Euro deposit on top.
Tram and Bus are available right outside the house with less than a 10 metre walk. The closest U bahn stop is Universität which is a 7 minute walk. Josephsplatz is another U bahn stop which is a 10 to 12 minute walk. To get to Karlsplatz/Hauptbahnhof, it takes about 6 minutes by tram.
The roommate would be another guy called Max. We are often having dinner and sharing a conversation in the evenings. We have a rotating cleaning schedule which we switch around every weekend. Theres always time to grab a beer, or go downstairs for some drinks or food. Overall, social life in the WG is balanced, you have your own time and you have some social time.
