Ein wunderschönes Zimmer im Herzen Münchens steht zu Untermiete zur verfügung. Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 m² groß und befindet sich in einer 63 m² großen Wohnung. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen eine kleine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein großer Flur mit Abstellkammer zur Verfügung. Auf den Fotos sind noch einige Möbel im Zimmer zu sehen, welche noch verräumt oder verkauft werden. Bei Interesse können diese auch gerne übernommen werden.

A lovely room is available in the heart of Munich. The room is about 20m² and is part of a 63m² flat. For shared use, there is a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a hallway with a storage room.
In the photos, you can still see some furniture that will be either removed or sold. If desired, some of it can be taken over.
Zentraler als hier kann man in München nicht wohnen – direkt am Stachus bzw. Lenbachplatz. Trotz der Nähe zum Trubel der Innenstadt ist es angenehm ruhig, da das Haus in einem Innenhof liegt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ideal: 5 Minuten zum Karlsplatz (S-Bahn, U4/5, Tram) und nur 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Königsplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.

Living more centrally than this is not possible in Munich—right at Stachus or Lenbachplatz. Despite the proximity to the bustle of the city center, it is pleasantly quiet, as the building is located in a courtyard.
The public transport connections are excellent: just 5 minutes to Karlsplatz (S-Bahn, U4/5, tram) and only 10 minutes to the main train station or Königsplatz. Numerous shopping options are conveniently located near the apartment.
