We are looking for two new flatmates. Both rooms are basically equal.
They are cozy 19m² blank canvas facing west, ready for you to make it your own. It has a large window and you have a view of lively Maxvorstadt. Of course you'll get a proper rental contract and can register with the KVR (city registration office).
The appartment is in Türkenstraße, right in the cultural heart of Munich. Opposite the famous Pinakotheken museums, just a 5-minute walk from TUM/LMU, with the English Garden around the corner and countless cafés, bars, and restaurants at your doorstep. Location-wise, it really doesn't get better than this.
We're Sebastian (29), a TUM PhD student with a passion for communal cooking, and Julian (30), a naval architect/software developer working remotely who's always up for sports and a beer. We're both experienced in shared living in different cities and countries and welcome flatmates of all nationalities and genders!
We're aiming for a relaxed but social flatshare where people feel at home. Think shared dinners when schedules align, casual balcony hangouts, and exploring Munich together - while still respecting everyone's need for personal space.
You? Ideally someone who enjoys both social time and quiet time, keeps things tidy, and is interested in being part of a friendly, international household. While we all have our own lives and work schedules and don't plan to have parties every week in the flat, we enjoy share activites or drinks when it works out for everyone.
Remember: Our WG is limited to one year now. We still hope for an extension but can't bet on that at the moment. We're looking for someone who can commit to this timeframe and wants to make every month count.
We have a kitchen in place, there's an elevator, and we have the most important furniture sorted out. Everything else (for example shared cleaning service) we will decide together later on.
