The room has furniture and the sleeping area and desk are separated by a shelf.
I provide all kinds of kitchen equipment and we have and share all kind of spices. We have two Bathrooms with a Toilet and shower and one of them has a bathtub too.
2 Minutes from Stiglmaierplatz (U1)
9 Minutes from Theresienstraße (U2)
1 Minute from Sandstr. Tram Station
There are 3 Supermarkets, a Drugstore and a 24/7 Gym within 3-minute-walk.
TUM: Walking to TUM Main Campus takes 12 minutes, cycling 3 minutes.
LMU: Taking the U-Bahn to LMU Main Campus can take just 10 minutes if you do not have to wait at all. During rush-hour with maximum waiting it will take 20 minutes. Cycling takes 10 minutes at normal speeds, although i have managed 4 minutes once.
Getting to Oettingenstr. LMU Building takes 25 minutes if you walk to TUM and take the Bus from there. If you take the U-bahn till Gisela and then Bus it will be 17 to 30 minutes depending on if you have to wait for transport.
🌐🌏We are a quite international Flat, so far we had people from japan, china, korea, india and turkey. If you have a connection with east-asia you are especially welcome.
⚠️ For us its very important that we are a good community and keep harmony. It is expected that you will always clean after yourself in the common-area.
ℹ️🎉 We often have cook parties together at the weekend, were we also invite Japanese friends.
