Hey there! I’m leaving my room in my shared apartment for the Holidays. I will be out of the city from middle December to middle January.
The room is really big and during day is well illuminated. The bed is queen size, so there is enough space even for two people. It is fully furnished, it has a desk, a chair, some drawers, hangers, and more things that are free to use.
The appartment is located in Maxvorstadt, near to Sankt Benno cathedral. It’s 5 minutes from U1 Stiglmeierplatz (which is one stop from Hauptbahnof) and 12 minutes from U2 Theresienstraße. There is a Lidl, Penny, Dm and a huge Edeka 5 minutes on foot from the appartment. There is also a Fit Star gym.
I share this WG with two classmates, Asier and Devansh, from Spain and India, respectively. We get along really well and there is always someone home to have a little chat or drink a beer.
I am looking preferably for someone that is going to spend the Holidays in the city, maybe looking for other apartments or just on vacation. I cannot offer Anmeldung, but I won’t ask any documents apart from ID and proofs of transferred money. I am open for online viewing, but preferably someone that can come to visit the room and I can get to know a bit before.
