A very warm welcome to my apartment.
I offer one room in a 4 room apartment. The room is fully equipped, bed, wardrobe, desk, towels, linens, tv etc.
The kitchen is also fully equipped (cooking facilities, oven + Nespresso machine, washing machine, no dish washer though) and available for use.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and provides everything you need.
The room faces the backyard and is extremely quiet.
A private parking is not available, but parking is available along the curbside.

From the apartment you are within a 2 minute walk from the underground station “University”, the tram and taxi stand. Most central Munich Maxvorstadt/Schwabing: countless cafes, bakers, restaurants, boutiques and other shops, as well as pharmacy, copy shop, self-service laundry (open on weekends) are just around the corner. The English Garden, University, Pinakothek der Moderne, Alte Pinakothek, Leopold Street within 5 minutes walking distance. In 10 minutes you are in Munich's city center / the pedestrian zone.

Ich biete Ihnen 1 Zimmer in einer 4-Zi Wohnung in München Maxvorstadt/Schwabing in direkter nähe zur LMU für 1 Person! Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, Bett (1,00 x 2,00 m), Schrank, Schreibtisch, TV, etc. Es ist in einem sehr guten, sauberen, renovierten Zustand, sehr ruhig. Es steht eine voll ausgestattet Küche zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung (Ofen, Nespressomaschine, Waschmaschine, komplettes Küchen-Equipment, keine Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne /Dusche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen in ausreichendem Maß zur Verfügung. Es ist kein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung, jedoch sind ausreichend Parkplätze im Viertel vorhanden.Bei Fragen erreichen sie mich unter (ver información de contacto) . Das Appartment/das Zimmer ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat das Fenster zum Hof, d.h. es ist extrem ruhig.
Sehr zentrale Lage des Apartments: Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Universität ist ca. 200 m entfernt. Vom Apartment ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 min an der U-Bahn Universität/Straßenbahn und Taxistand Barerstraße. Zentralstes München Maxvorstadt/Schwabing: Unzählige Cafés, Bäcker, Restaurants, Boutiquen und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Apotheke, Copyshop, (auch am Wochenende geöffnet) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Englischer Garten, Universität, Pinakothek der Moderne, Alte Pinakothek, Leopoldstrasse innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
